As our CEO/Founder, Tamer is a leading member of the team with more than 27
years’ experience in strategic Human Resources, performance management, recruitment,
and employee relations. With an enviable background working with global corporate
enterprises, he provides strong leadership and interpersonal skill, alongside a dedication to
the client that is based on achieving real and long-term results.
With a deep understanding of his field, Tamer proudly holds an MA in Human Resources Management and an MCIPD Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management both gained at Manchester Metropolitan University, and a BA in Accountancy from Cairo University.
As a true professional that is committed to improving his skills and staying up to date with this industry, Tamer has continued to achieve a vast array of certifications and memberships gained across the UK, Egypt, UAE, UK and France. Amongst the in-depth study of human resources and related management and industry fields, Tamer is also a Certified NLP Practitioner and has a certificate in Personal Coaching.
Tamer also maintains memberships of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), since 2002, the Manchester Industrial Relations Society, since 2002, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), since 2010, and the British Psychological Society (BPS), since 2012.
Tamer is proud to have been recognised for his achievements many times with various awards including Appreciation Certificates awarded by HE /Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli , Minister of Human Resources & Emiratisation for services to human resources study. He was further honoured at the Government Acceleration ceremony by distinguished members of the government and received an Appreciation Certificate from the several Universities in Egypt.
Tamer gained his career experience in the UK, UAE and North Africa, working for a number of multinational corporations across a range of industries including oil & gas, defence, engineering, real estate , healthcare and construction, before offering specialised HR and human development services via his own consultancy business. This business was developed from a start-up to an established leader in the field within two years, with a loyal and established client base and a strong turnover.
At every point in his career, Tamer has taken the lead on projects and often been responsible for the establishment of key HR functions, including executive level assessment programs, retention programs and training initiatives. More recently he has provided mentorship to colleagues within the business unit, developing their skills and knowledge while providing strong leadership and advice.
